Flixfox App Copyright Policy and Takedown Procedure

Flixfox App (we, us, or our) respects the intellectual property of others and we ask our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to three full and effective notices, among other circumstances as well at the discretion of and in accordance with DMCA 1998 (or updated) principles framed under your Indian Copyright Act 1957.

1. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content available on the Flixfox App through our service infringes upon your copyright rights, you may submit a notification of infringement. In order for the notice to be effective, it must be a written communication that includes the following statements:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

Identification of the copyrighted work you believe to have been infringed. A description of the copyrighted work or works that you claim have been infringed, or, if there are multiple works, a representative list of such works.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on the website are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that website;identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient for us to identify where the content allegedly being infringing is located (e.g., title of series/movie/episode number);

Your address, telephone number, and email address;

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Non-Users/Copyright Holders:If you are not the user of the app then, please utilize its contact form or official support channel where Flixfox App provides it.

Missing any of the items above could cause a delay in processing or your request to not be processed.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you know your content was taken down or disabled via mistake or misidentification, please object to the removal. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access restricted, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Vaisesika Dasa, LLC.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material;

Your name, address, and telephone number: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

Your counter-notification must be in writing and sent, through the same channels listed above in Section 2.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Flixfox App will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
